FAQs
Got questions?
Why do prices say “from”?
Every home is different. Room size, how dirty things are and the type of fabric all make a difference. Tell us what needs cleaning and we’ll give you an exact price.
How do I get my exact price?
Message us on WhatsApp or give us a call. Tell us what needs cleaning (a photo helps) and your postcode, and we’ll reply with a fixed price.
Is travel free?
Yes, across Birmingham and nearby, and there’s no call-out fee. Further out, a small travel cost is included in your quote, so the price we give you is the price you pay.
Will the price change on the day?
No. Your price is fixed before we start. If something is very different from what you described, we’ll tell you first and you decide.
