How long until I can walk on my carpets?
Usually within a few hours. Drying time depends on carpet type, airflow and the weather, and we’ll give you a realistic estimate on the day. Opening windows or running heating helps.
Do I need to move furniture first?
No. Just clear small items and breakables. We’ll move lighter furniture and work carefully around heavier pieces.
Can you remove tough stains?
Yes. Coffee, red wine, pet accidents, grease, ink and everyday spills are treated with specialist pre-treatments, and most lift out completely. If anything needs extra attention, we’ll talk you through it before we start.
